AGREEMENT
By purchasing access to the online presentation (hereinafter referred to as "the Presentation"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT
- Registration for the Presentation is completed upon payment of the specified fee.
- Payment is to be made in Australian Dollars (AUD) through the designated payment gateway.
- Prices are inclusive of GST, unless otherwise stated.
- Registrations are non-transferable.
MARKETING EMAILS
- By registering for the event, attendees consent to subscribe to marketing emails from the organisers regarding future events, promotions, and relevant information.
- Attendees have the option to unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by following the unsubscribe link provided in the emails.
- It is important to note that unsubscribing from marketing emails before the event may result in attendees not receiving necessary information, including access details, required for participation in the event.
- The organisers will not be held responsible for any consequences resulting from attendees' failure to receive event-related information due to unsubscribing from marketing emails.
ACCESS
- Access to the online Presentation will be granted only to registered attendees.
- Attendees will receive access details via email prior to the Presentation.
- The Presentation will be hosted on a designated online platform accessible via internet connection.
RECORDING
- The Presentation will be recorded.
- A recording of the Presentation will be distributed to registered attendees following the event for their reference and convenience.
- The recording will be accessible for a limited time period, as specified by the organisers.
CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
- Refunds will only be provided in accordance with our obligations under Australian Consumer Law. We are not required to provide a refund if you change your mind about the presentation that you chose to register for.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start time of the Presentation.
- To request a cancellation and refund, attendees must contact the organisers via the designated email address ([email protected]).
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
- The content presented in the Presentation, including but not limited to slides, materials, and recordings, is protected by intellectual property laws.
- Attendees agree not to reproduce, distribute, or share the content of the Presentation without prior written consent from the organisers.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
- The organisers of the Presentation shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the attendance or participation in the Presentation.
- Attendees participate in the Presentation at their own risk and discretion.
- The organisers shall not be liable for any technical failures or issues occurring outside of their control that may disrupt the attendee's access to the online event, including but not limited to loss of internet connection, power outages, or hardware malfunctions.
- Attendees acknowledge that while the organisers will make reasonable efforts to ensure the smooth running of the online event, technical disruptions may occur that are beyond their control.
- The organisers will not be responsible for any consequences resulting from technical failures that disrupt the attendee's ability to access or participate in the online event.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions of Sale shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia.
By completing the registration and payment process, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions of Sale for the online Presentation.
